A Computer device is made up of various elements which help in its effective functioning and processing. There are five basic components of the computer which helps in making processing data easier and convenient.
In order to process these data, we have to acquire them, convert them to a binary form or machine readable form and store them in the memory of a computer. The devices used to acquire data name as input units. There are a large variety of input data depending on the type of data to be read. Various types of input and output which are encounter now a days. Observe that we have divided inputs and outputs to HUMAN and MACHINE. By HUMANE we mean input units used by humans and output units meant for humans. By MACHINE we mean inputs generated by Computers/ sensors and outputs meant for output units in a Computer System.
